Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase awareness and visibility of quant equity capabilities through investment networks, channels, and tools.
  • •Compile and provide regular market insights to internal stakeholders and senior leaders to build portfolio insights.
  • •Collaborate with Senior Investment Specialists to shape the investment offer and contribute thought leadership on quant equity strategies.
  • •Develop narratives for the quant equity platform and communicate effectively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
  • •Support investment governance and documentation, coordinating forums/oversight activity and maintaining accurate records; drive operating rhythm efficiencies via automation and data quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • •Demonstrated success in equity investment management, equity research, or an investment specialist role.
  • •Working knowledge of quantitative equity concepts (e.g., factor investing, systematic portfolio construction, risk/return, performance attribution) and ability to communicate clearly.
  • •Exposure to investing topics and knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards; strong interpersonal skills as a trusted advisor.
  • •Strong commercial acumen to analyze, interpret, and distil complex data into digestible content; excellent written and verbal communication.
