Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to ICE officials processing immigration cases, including records management and document preparation.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain accurate case files and A-files; ensure ICE systems reflect complete and updated case status.
  • •Enter and update data in ICE systems and maintain electronic and paper-based records in compliance with privacy and data security requirements.
  • •Retrieve and organize court and conviction records from multiple sources; maintain case status records, tracking logs, and generate case status reports/dashboard.
  • •Coordinate docket and removal/post-removal activities, including documents, scheduling with EOIR/USCIS/ICE personnel, flight staging details, and case closure in ICE data systems with transfer to the National Record Center.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizen and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • •At least 21 years of age; possess a valid driver's license.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •3+ years of experience in immigration case management support (or related social services/human services, prisoner/probation, or healthcare case management).
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance; pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug tests.
