•Identify and qualify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can service and research why they may need support.
•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run focused outbound campaigns based on hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Hold early discovery conversations and book qualified appointments for Account Executives.
•Work with the sales team to build pipeline, hand off opportunities with context, and keep CRM activity and notes accurate; share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Interest in B2B sales, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
•Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and set appointments through high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication to quickly get to the point and make outreach compelling.
•Comfort reaching out to companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent before.
