Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate sprint planning and help manage scrum team capacity, ensuring squads stay focused on sprint goals and regular reviews.
•Coach and train agile teams on scrum process to keep practices on track and productive.
•Improve delivery capacity by maximizing effectiveness of release/iteration planning and retrospectives.
•Remove impediments and support the team using servant leadership, creating a trusting environment for raising issues safely.
•Participate in scaled agile events by facilitating when needed and coordinating logistics; collaborate with delivery leads, product owners, and design/technical leads.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
•Agile/Scrum Certification such as CSM, PSM, or SSM.
•Ability to advise and lead teams on agile values, practices, and processes to ensure the team is functional and focused on sprint goals.
•Experience running scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
•Track record delivering complex projects through agile processes; financial services/banking domain experience in Ireland/UK markets is an advantage.
