Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to next-generation semiconductor technology development and advanced research projects within the Technology Products Group (TPG).
  • •Conduct technical investigations, experimental studies, and data analyses to evaluate process, material, or device performance.
  • •Support technology development activities involving process integration, characterization, modelling, or simulation.
  • •Collaborate with researchers and technology development engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
  • •Prepare technical analyses, research findings, reports, and final presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ability to commit to a full-time internship period of at least 4 months.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and experimental data.
  • •Prior research, laboratory, teaching assistantship, industry attachment, or engineering project experience is highly advantageous.
  • •Familiarity with statistical analysis, modelling, simulation, programming, or data analytics tools is advantageous; AI/ML or AI-enabled engineering workflows are advantageous.
