Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate infrastructure for Circle’s blockchain platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and automation at scale.
  • •Operate and scale production blockchain full nodes across networks including Arc, Ethereum, Solana, Base, and other supported protocols.
  • •Build and maintain secure, highly available Kubernetes platforms with automation, resilience, and self-healing workloads.
  • •Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and Infrastructure as Code; use Terraform and Pulumi with cloud-native tooling.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems via on-call, incident response, and post-incident reviews; mentor engineers and share SRE best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 257,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, ideally for cloud-native platforms.
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting blockchain nodes and distributed systems in production.
  • •Strong Kubernetes experience, including Helm, RBAC, operators, controllers, and observability tooling.
  • •Hands-on CI/CD and deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary releases.
