Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, delivering a superior offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide compliant guidance on HR matters including terminations, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate separation-related meetings, including negotiations, administrative hearings, and guidance on termination outcomes.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee record confidentiality and privacy requirements.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance) to ensure accurate, timely exits and to support employee relations cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
