Lead international tax matters for a global business, coordinating transfer pricing, withholding tax, and international VAT with group companies. Drive international tax projects (e.g., global minimum tax) and ensure global regulatory compliance. Develop internal TP contracts and tax documentation with cross-functional partners, and expand the Tax Compliance Management System while supporting audits with tax authorities worldwide.
