Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate site development project phases and schedules with on-site groups to maximize productivity.
  • •Manage contractors, including RFPs, specifications, and supplier selection.
  • •Provide technical engineering support to ensure construction and maintenance comply with standards, codes, and specifications.
  • •Commission, operate, and maintain facilities with mechanical and electrical systems, including preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance.
  • •Develop estimates and specifications for projects, and write/negotiate/manage construction contracts through close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience with facilities engineering and/or construction.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of facility maintenance (electrical, HVAC, and/or structural) and facility construction.
  • •Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgement and initiative.
