Job Summary

Lead electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) signature analysis work for next-generation platforms within an integrated product team. Perform EO/IR design, analysis, and integration; develop electromagnetic system requirements; and run modeling/simulation to optimize performance. Execute lab and range test plans to validate and correlate simulations with measurements, collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering groups, and produce technical documentation and customer-facing design packages across the product lifecycle.

•3+ years of EO/IR design experience using photometric or radiometric requirements.
•Modeling and simulation experience for EO/IR performance characterization and validation.
•Experience executing EO/IR lab or field testing to validate or measure photometric or radiometric performance.
