Job Summary

Own global direct category management for Pizza Hut, setting category strategy, ensuring supply continuity, aligning specs, and driving cost savings/avoidance. Key Responsibilities

•Drive global category management including category strategy, supply assurance, spec alignment, capacity building, and cost savings/avoidance.
•Partner with regional supply chain teams and franchisees to drive participation, alignment, and adoption of regional and global sourcing strategies.
•Ensure supply continuity and operational resilience across a dynamic multi-country supply network while mitigating geopolitical, inflationary, commodity, logistics, and operational risks.
•Build SCM capabilities and process excellence for world-class category management (e.g., cost modelling, commodity intelligence, supplier relationship management, technology enablers).
•Own strategic supplier relationships and develop new supplier partnerships, including negotiations, capacity and business continuity planning, and support for LTOs/innovation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,500 - 129,900 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within the food industry or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience in global/regional strategic category management or procurement.
•Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and drive change.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen.
•Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to present and gain buy-in across a global organization.
