Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive the largest and most complex DT programs in HR and Payroll, applying an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of program outcomes
•Serve as primary liaison between HR, Finance, Accounting, Technology, and third-party payroll vendors; work with HR partners on reorganizations, M&A, and policy updates
•Understand and support the organization’s strategic vision and act as a trusted advisor to executives
•Foster trust and collaboration with executive sponsors to align priorities and drive shared success
•Oversee PM fundamentals (schedule, decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, dependencies) and manage delivery cadence using blended agile and waterfall methods

Salary: USD 157,200 - 298,800 annually
