Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, integrate, and upgrade network architectural components across the AF DCGS Enterprise.
  • •Establish system performance parameters, conduct network trend analysis, and create monthly reports and graphs.
  • •Maintain network interface/port configurations, IP routing tables, firewall settings, filter tables, passwords, and performance controls; manage router OS version control and security boundary access control lists.
  • •Coordinate installation and integration of new routers/equipment and optimize campus network (CAN) routers, switches, and cryptographic devices.
  • •Develop and execute OTN test plans and procedures; perform transition planning, integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M) for ATM to Carrier Ethernet/OTN.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI clearance must currently be possessed and be able to obtain TS/SCI.
  • •Minimum of seven (7) years of Network Infrastructure Management experience.
  • •Possess IAT Level II certification and CCNP (CCNP may be substituted for CCNA and four years of enterprise networking experience).
  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •Ability to maintain and operate network management functions including IP routing tables, firewall settings, filter tables, and access control lists.
