Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end availability, monitoring, and performance of critical payment platforms, including operational processes for platform health and stability.
  • •Coordinate incident triage and resolution, serving as incident commander and driving updates, impact assessment, escalation, and root cause analysis with clear action ownership.
  • •Support change and release execution by validating lower-environment test completeness, ensuring change governance adherence, and participating in deployment and validation readiness.
  • •Perform hands-on troubleshooting across application behavior and dependencies, infrastructure components (compute, network, storage), and database/performance issues; collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve efficiently.
  • •Improve system monitoring and observability using alerts and tools, identify alerting gaps, and contribute to automation initiatives that reduce toil and improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in production support, SRE, or BizOps roles.
  • •Experience managing incidents and supporting distributed systems.
  • •Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or BlazeMeter.
