Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing fiduciary administration for trust, estate, conservatorship, custody, agency, and IRA accounts. Ensure compliance with fiduciary duties and applicable laws and UMB policies, coordinate wealth strategy planning, and deliver investment management services when needed. Grow revenue through referrals and account upgrades, maintain investment knowledge, and handle complex client situations with solution-oriented planning and effective communication.
