Key Responsibilities

•Help simulate power controller interplay, voltage-frequency operating points, and binning yields; build systems that push performance and power efficiency.
•Turn silicon and firmware behavior into context engineering; decompose workflows into composable skills, retrieval stages, and orchestration layers.
•Integrate silicon productization tools into a custom agent harness: define tool registries, webhooks, trace capture, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•Lead eval-driven development for applied AI in production: error analysis on real silicon workflows, automated scorers of HW reasoning, and CI regression gates.
•Help set the team’s AI direction and mentor engineers; elevate the AI bar within silicon context.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in EE/CE/CS (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years in silicon bringup, firmware, or productization engineering.
•Experience deploying multiple production Python services and data pipelines, including at least one LLM-backed system that SMEs depend on for their everyday work.
•Ability to read silicon characterization outputs (speed, power, voltage noise, or binning) and understand the tradeoffs between them.
•Working familiarity with new AI tooling and ability to evaluate it within a week of release (hands-on practical experience).
•Experience mentoring and growing engineers; ability to set AI direction for a team.
