  • •Draft pre-award specifications and solicitations (RFI/proposals/quotations), and prepare supporting documentation for contracts, awards, and purchase orders.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Extensive knowledge of the California State Contracting Manual (SCM), including bid processes, contract formation/amendments, and compliance with Cal eProcure/FI$Cal.
  • •Contracting Professional Certification: FAC-C Professional, DAWIA Level II or III (or equivalent).
  • •Exceptional communication skills in writing and verbally.
  • •Strong multitasking and organizational skills to prioritize in dynamic situations.
