Key Responsibilities

•Own the product roadmap for AI and clinical intelligence capabilities aligned to clinical outcomes, company strategy, and regulatory requirements.
•Partner with AI/ML engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship models and features, translating clinical needs into technical specifications.
•Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure AI-assisted tools reflect gold-standard eating disorder treatment and avoid clinical risk.
•Define and govern responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, human-in-the-loop safeguards, escalation paths, and bias/safety monitoring.
•Design analytics and evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, clinical impact, and patient/provider trust; present results to leadership and board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management, including significant AI/ML experience in regulated or clinically sensitive domains.
•Technical fluency in AI/ML for model evaluation, RAG, and guardrails to partner effectively with engineering.
•Experience building products for clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
•Expertise in healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, clinical decision support standards).
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity to establish AI guardrails in clinical settings.
