Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as first point of contact for front desk and guest services, including check-ins, events, and contractor coordination.
  • •Oversee day-to-day office operations such as food programs, deliveries, mailroom, decor, events, and supply ordering.
  • •Develop and maintain office procedures and workplace programming to ensure a welcoming, safe, professional environment.
  • •Conduct walkthroughs, coordinate facility maintenance and repairs (including preventative and urgent issues), and ensure vendor SLAs are met.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding logistics, onsite meetings/events, and escalation/resolution of workplace feedback and issues.
