Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for timely procurement of goods and services for technical and emergency programmes.
  • •Initiate local purchase requests in GSM for catalogue and non-catalogue items, monitor status, and ensure timely delivery.
  • •Prepare procurement documentation, including purchase order amendments and uploading supporting documents in ECM.
  • •Assist with requests for price estimates, bid invitations, offer summaries, and drafting adjudication reports.
  • •Maintain and update the suppliers’ database, arrange procurement committee meetings, and support periodic procurement reports and briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of progressive experience in procurement.
