•Provide technical leadership for the payout domain, ensuring code quality, architecture, performance, and reliability, while adhering to engineering standards.
•Own the payout domain's technical roadmap, evolving architecture and designing next-generation routing for payments.
•Write code and contribute to delivery alongside the team, including code reviews and hands-on contributions.
•Serve as a people manager, focusing on team productivity, career development, hiring decisions, and evolving ways of working as the unit grows.
•Represent the team in cross-team architectural discussions and RFC reviews to align with broader Wise initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 6,666 - 8,333 monthly
