Job Summary

Troubleshoot and monitor production equipment to maintain continuous production time and quality. Support the team in meeting output targets and scrap-rate goals while sustaining 5S in the work area. Assist with setup and trial runs for new items, collect and analyze production data, and maintain production reporting to support operating performance. Coordinate on samples, urgent orders, new product deployment, and resolution of quality or machine issues.

•1-2 years in a similar position or related experience.
•Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
•Ability to work in shifts (8 or 12 hours).
