Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operations leaders and employees to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and company standards.
  • •Conduct workplace inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Support EH&S programs by collecting and analyzing data, maintaining compliance documentation, and updating EH&S management systems.
  • •Perform industrial hygiene sampling, safety assessments, and field evaluations to identify risks and recommend effective controls.
  • •Assist with EH&S projects, continuous improvement initiatives, employee training, and site safety committees to drive operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, industrial, safety, quality, operations, or related environment.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA and EPA, and other applicable environmental and safety regulations.
  • •Experience supporting EH&S compliance in a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or maintenance environment.
  • •Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
