Job Summary

Support project quality activities across Latin America & Caribbean by driving structured problem resolution, root cause analysis, CAPA, document control, and process standardization. Coordinate field investigations and corrective actions with internal teams and external stakeholders, and capture lessons learned to improve organizational processes. Serve as the quality focal point across Product Management, Fulfillment, After-Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Global Quality while helping develop the LAC Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage project quality issues across the LAC region, including customer complaints, NCRs, RCA, and CAPA.
•Support field investigations and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
•Maintain document control processes to ensure proper management of procedures, templates, and technical documentation.
•Capture lessons learned and promote process standardization across projects and departments.
•Support implementation of the LAC Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 principles and act as the quality focal point across key functions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, industrial engineering, or related fields.
•5+ years of experience in quality, process management, project quality, continuous improvement, or related areas.
•Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies including RCA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa (FMEA is desirable).
•Experience with document control and process management.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems; advanced English required; Spanish is highly desirable; travel when necessary.
