Job Summary

Manage and grow revenue and profitability for a portfolio of strategic corporate clients while delivering strong, day-to-day coverage across the Corporate Sales product set. Identify and progress sales opportunities from idea to execution, and support the post-trade process for an end-to-end client experience. Focus on foreign exchange instruments and interest rate derivatives, build trusted long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow revenue and profitability for an allocated portfolio of strategic and priority corporate clients while delivering strong client service.
•Identify sales opportunities, progress them from ideas to execution, and support post-trade to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
•Provide day-to-day client coverage across the full Corporate Sales product set, with a focus on foreign exchange instruments and interest rate derivatives.
•Build long-term trusted relationships that increase product penetration and share of wallet through market insight and targeted solutions.
•Maintain robust records, meet policy and regulatory expectations, and support a strong control environment through appropriate escalation and audit/regulatory actions.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in Corporate Sales team roles in a similar capacity at a bank.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline and/or professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
•Relevant treasury and foreign exchange credentials (e.g., Central Bank of Sri Lanka programme, ACI Financial Markets Association, IBSL treasury and risk management diploma/certificate, or CFA).
•Strong understanding of Corporate Sales, including products, clients, systems, and key processes.
•Knowledge of capital markets, including foreign exchange (spot, options, swaps, forwards) and interest rate derivatives.
