Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Kierland Commons

Drive profitability and efficiency in a retail store by owning inventory accuracy and shrink reduction while supporting key operations like shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor updates. Partner with the Operations & Visual Management team and store leadership to root-cause inventory issues, maintain strong visual standards, and support safe, well-run stockroom processes. Use metrics and business acumen to make decisions that improve the shopping experience for guests.
