Job Summary

Own portfolio oversight for the credit book by building a “Single Source of Truth” for risk data and turning complex datasets into strategies for underwriting, credit limit management, and loss forecasting. Develop portfolio monitoring reports, early warning indicators, and automated data pipelines. Partner with Data Science, Data, Finance, Product, and Technology to improve data governance, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities to expand or de-risk the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop portfolio monitoring reports for internal and external communications.
•Design and optimize data-driven credit strategies, including underwriting criteria, credit limit assignments, and risk-based pricing.
•Conduct deep-dive analysis on risk exposure versus profitability to identify opportunities for product expansion or de-risking.
•Develop and track early warning indicators to detect abnormal risk trends and macroeconomic shifts.
•Build and optimize automated data pipelines and perform continuous system analysis to improve data inconsistencies and data governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Math, Quantitative Finance, or related).
•3+ years of post-qualification experience handling analytics and/or credit risk.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in data management.
•Familiarity with the end-to-end credit life cycle, including anti-fraud, collections, merchant health, and post-loan management.
•Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced/VBA), PPT, Tableau, and Python (optional).
