Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as business partner to MRTT and Derivatives Program directors, supporting decision-making to meet financial objectives.
  • •Drive the estimate-at-completion process and evaluate program decision impacts, tracking revenues, margin, and cash-in performance and deviations/risk.
  • •Define, harmonize, and manage programme financial reporting (OP, forecasts, actuals) with compliance to accounting standards and internal controls, interfacing with finance and auditors.
  • •Organize programme financial reviews, derive corrective measures, and monitor action plans consistent with EVM, EAC, ERM, and OP/FC processes.
  • •Manage contractual clause financial aspects, secure customer collection (cash management), and achieve cash targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in Finance/Controlling functions supporting defence programmes.
  • •Hands-on experience in data analytics, digitalization, and process automation initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, VBA or equivalent) applied to finance and business processes.
  • •Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
