Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain production IT infrastructure services with a focus on container and cloud platforms, ensuring service stability through incident/change/problem management.
  • •Deploy, configure, scale, and manage containerized applications; administer VMware ESXi/vSphere environments using vMotion, HA, DRS, and vCenter tools.
  • •Use Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, kubeadm, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Sysdig) to support reliability and observability needs.
  • •Drive automation initiatives by converting manual tasks into orchestrated workflows and supporting standardized documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • •Partner with Platform, Engineering, and Delivery teams to provide seamless infrastructure support and perform security remediation via vulnerability assessment and patch management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with strong fundamentals in software and/or systems engineering.
  • •Good understanding of Linux operating systems and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Go (Golang), Python, PowerShell, bash, or Perl, plus Kubernetes deployment YAML and/or Helm charts.
  • •Experience with container and cloud infrastructure operations, including troubleshooting complex production issues and applying incident/change/problem/release management practices.
  • •Knowledge of microservices architecture and a working understanding of network protocols and related troubleshooting concepts.
