Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests immediately, engage with them, and ensure they are well cared for at all times.
  • •Prepare and serve drinks promptly while keeping the bar area appealing, organized, and sanitary.
  • •Set up and maintain beverage service areas, including bars, NA beverage stations, and F&B storage areas.
  • •Keep accurate spill logs throughout the shift and handle cash and credit cards carefully.
  • •Perform ordering, inventory, and control of beverage product and supplies, and record breakages and wastage.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide friendly, guest-ready service and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
  • •Have technical knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and prepare and serve drinks to Topgolf recipes and standards.
  • •Maintain food hygiene practices and follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents or injury.
  • •Demonstrate responsible alcohol service by protecting guests and community through rule observance.
  • •Be able to participate in continuous improvement activities/committees, and be trained as a Fire Marshall or First Aider if requested.
