Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain core Developer Workbench platform components across the full development lifecycle.
  • •Contribute to the platform roadmap and technical direction, evolving it into a productized developer experience.
  • •Drive integration and enablement of software engineering tools with a focus on usability and reliability.
  • •Build and improve developer enablement features such as onboarding flows, self-service tooling, and feedback integrations.
  • •Implement AI-augmented development capabilities and instrument meaningful metrics for developer productivity, satisfaction, and platform health.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in software engineering, ideally platform engineering, developer tooling, or developer experience (DevEx).
  • •Hands-on experience building and operating developer platforms or internal tooling at enterprise scale.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern developer tooling, including AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), container/desktop dev environments (Docker Desktop, Kubernetes, DevContainers), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
  • •Experience with developer portals/inner-source platforms (Backstage or similar) and AI-powered developer tools in regulated enterprise environments, including policy compliance and access controls.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and pre-provisioned development environments at scale, plus Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
