Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) cost management for real estate projects, managing early budgets, cost planning, and procurement while coordinating with design teams and main contractors. Client-facing across multiple projects, with responsibility for feasibility studies, tendering, post-contract cost reporting, value engineering, final accounts, and potentially leading a cost management team.
