Job Summary

Own end-to-end hiring pipelines as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York. Source high-signal candidates quickly using creative strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, and execute and continuously improve hiring for Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, and enabling roles). Partner with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity by managing the funnel and unblocking bottlenecks, while delivering a best-in-class candidate and interviewer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own hiring pipelines end-to-end as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York.
•Source strong, high-signal pipelines quickly using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
•Execute and continuously improve hiring for Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, and enabling functions).
•Partner with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity by managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward.
•Deliver a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Experience working within an internal Talent Acquisition team in a hyper-growth startup, as a GTM operator, and/or in a hyper-competitive recruiting agency environment.
•A creative, proactive sourcing profile with a deep understanding of GTM excellence for a growing startup.
•Strong storytelling ability to sell career opportunities to top talent with competing offers.
•Proven experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines using modern, AI-centric tooling.
•Familiarity with the New York technology/start-up ecosystem (bonus).
