Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe maintenance and repair for complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment/tools.
  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; and diagnose root causes and corrective actions using available data.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, including extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, and ability to operate a company vehicle (must be at least 21 years old).
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements (move/stand/stoop/bend; lift up to 50 pounds) and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
