Job Summary

Lead the Fit Out category sourcing strategy across MAF operating companies in Egypt, partnering with the Category Lead to shape the roadmap and annual budget. Own compliant, project-level sourcing execution for new initiatives, driving milestone delivery and measurable savings. Analyze spend and market trends to identify cost drivers and value opportunities, negotiate supplier contracts with Legal alignment, and manage supplier relationships while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Category Lead to deliver the Fit Out category strategy, roadmap, and annual budget aligned with business needs.
•Develop and implement compliant sourcing strategies at project level, aligned with policies and business objectives.
•Lead complex sourcing activities for new projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of key milestones.
•Drive cost optimization via consolidation, standardization, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, achieving savings targets through supplier evaluation and negotiation.
•Engage OpCo stakeholders, manage and develop suppliers through performance management and continuous improvement, and lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Fit-Out category procurement experience within large organizations, managing complex sourcing and high-value negotiations.
•Strong expertise in spend analysis, procurement strategy development, and cost optimization initiatives.
•Solid understanding of procurement best practices, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
•Knowledge of contract management, legal terms, and local regulations, with ability to assess business and legal risks.
•Proficiency in e-sourcing tools and ERP systems (Oracle, Ariba, Coupa); 15–17 years procurement experience with CIPS/APICS and a bachelor’s degree (MBA/Arabic is a plus).
