Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop reliable, cost-effective customized electrical solutions based on customer requirements for complex ETO projects.
  • •Design and deliver electrical starter/control panels and motor drive systems, including PLC/HMI systems, for compressor products in line with ETO, i2V, and new product development processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable local codes, regulations, and standards, and collaborate with suppliers to implement technical requirements effectively.
  • •Investigate product quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Serve as the electrical focal point for cross-functional project execution, leading planning, technical reviews, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or related fields.
  • •8+ years of experience in electrical control systems, including 3+ years on complex ETO, customized equipment, or industrial automation projects.
  • •Strong expertise in medium- and low-voltage motor control, VSD/soft starters, PLC and HMI systems, industrial communication, motor protection, and electrical system integration.
  • •Proficiency in PLC programming and integration using platforms such as Inovance, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley (AB).
  • •Knowledge of applicable electrical codes/standards (GB, CE directives, UL) and experience designing power distribution and control systems based on motor parameters.
