Support and maintain US BICES Systems environments for an internationally dispersed DoD intelligence information-sharing program. You’ll deliver Windows desktop and VDI troubleshooting, configure and maintain operating systems, thin clients, and hardware, and image workstations using deployment methods. Monitor and resolve support tickets, administer core services (DHCP/DNS/Active Directory, file/print, BitLocker), perform security compliance work with STIG/DISA policies, and collaborate with cybersecurity and logistics teams.

•Configure and maintain operating systems, thin clients, and hardware; image workstations/laptops and apply updates.
•Resolve system/network issues, provide routing tech support, and inspect fiber infrastructure in telecommunications closets as needed.
•Administer and support core services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, file/print services, NTFS permissions, BitLocker) and monitor support tickets for timely resolution.
•Maintain security and compliance by working with the cybersecurity team and using STIG Viewer to follow DISA security policies and procedures.

•Strong knowledge of core system administration concepts such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, NTFS permissions, BitLocker, and file/print services.
