Key Responsibilities

•Act as the day-to-day lead for Group Events, reporting to the Head of Events; guide delivery across formats and support the team through coaching and clear direction.
•Own end-to-end planning and execution for internal and external events, shaping concepts with stakeholders, building run-of-show plans, and serving as the main point of contact.
•Raise audience experience and production quality, bringing fresh ideas in format, flow creative and digital storytelling, and embedding sustainable event practices.
•Lead delivery from brief to post-event evaluation, coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies for larger productions.
•Manage partners, budgets, timelines and the events calendar; brief and steer external suppliers and production partners to deliver high-quality results within budget.

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience delivering corporate events, with confidence across live, hybrid and digital formats, large and small.
•Strong program/project management skills, including budgeting, vendor management and stakeholder steering; agile ways of working.
•Hands-on expertise with event technologies, especially Cvent and enterprise event databases; quick to learn new tools.
•Proven track record delivering complex virtual and hybrid events, with an eye for audience experience and production quality.
•A practical understanding of sustainable event management.
