Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and provide venue/menu/event information.
  • •Seat guests and manage waitlist/reservation flow using the HOB reservation/wait system.
  • •Ensure House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards, including opening/running/closing procedures.
  • •Assist other employees as needed and anticipate/respond to guest needs to support satisfaction.
  • •Follow alcohol service rules by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication, and refusing further service when required.
