Assistant Preschool Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by helping prepare a calm, orderly learning environment and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Observe children to understand their needs, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides and the team to create a strong classroom community.
