Key Responsibilities

•Control the manufacturing process to meet quality requirements, using visual and dimensional inspections and SPC charting.
•Set up, monitor, and maintain molding, finishing, and packaging equipment; troubleshoot line backup causes.
•Analyze and help solve productivity issues with the manufacturing support team.
•Inspect product continually, make adjustments with technician input when needed, and ensure adherence to product procedures and GMP.
•Collect KPI data, participate in daily meetings, and write/train/monitor work instructions for existing and new employees.
