Job Summary

Lead day-to-day stockroom operations for a retail UGG location, owning processes for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, counting, monitoring, and distributing product. Ensure a safe, efficient, and secure stockroom environment while managing shipment verification and inventory accuracy. Partner with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, support store sales/productivity goals, and assist on the sales floor with customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Own primary stockroom business operations, overseeing processing, product placement, transfers, and distribution to meet store needs.
•Maintain a neat, orderly stockroom while promoting safety consciousness and security measures to deter theft.
•Ensure stock processes and policies are understood and followed by team members at all times.
•Receive and verify shipments, handle discrepancies, and keep inventory counts current and accurate; manage damaged merchandise or mis-matched inventory.
•Assist the Store Manager with the fiscal business plan by supporting sales/productivity goals, replenishing/displaying product per Visual Merchandising standards, and providing customer service on the sales floor.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years of retail store experience preferred.
•High school diploma.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand’s mission and vision.
•Excellent team-building skills.
•Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
