Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a first responder for workplace injuries, providing on-site emergency care and OSHA First Aid.
  • •Lead injury prevention education and treatment through one-on-one coaching and group sessions.
  • •Perform diagnostic assessments, guide recovery, and collaborate with medical professionals for coordinated care.
  • •Conduct safety walks, emergency response drills, and ensure readiness through AED and equipment checks.
  • •Coach employees using a motivational, behavior-change approach that empowers them to take control of their wellness and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •ATC certification and First Aid/CPR credentials
  • •Strong communication skills and high energy with an approachable personality
  • •Ability to manage time, juggle tasks, and work independently
  • •A genuine passion for coaching, helping others, and keeping people safe and strong
  • •Bonus points: CPR/AED Instructor certification or coaching experience in health, fitness, or wellness
