Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary technical advisor for prospective customers across Japan evaluating Claude, demonstrating use cases via system architectures and novel prompting techniques
  • •Partner with account executives to understand requirements, configure Claude capabilities, and develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
  • •Advise on technical setup, architecture, and integration of Claude into customers’ existing infrastructure
  • •Recommend solutions to technical roadblocks and support customer onboarding to ensure successful ramp, adoption, and go-live
  • •Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support, building relationships and establishing shared solution vision

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Platform Engineer

  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt across domains based on the business problem
