Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies across the full user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
•Drive fission growth initiatives by leveraging viral loops, referral programs, and network effects to accelerate organic user acquisition and engagement.
•Identify core user needs and pain points through data and user insights, and develop AI-driven growth products that enhance user interaction and engagement.
•Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear short-term and long-term goals tailored to both local and global markets.
•Collaborate with campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives and optimize user funnels.

•5+ years in user growth, growth hacking, or product management, preferably in financial or crypto sectors
•Strong expertise in agile product development, data-driven decision making and growth analytics

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
