Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and lead highly complex and sensitive misconduct investigations, in accordance with legal norms, with specific reference to and compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant Company Policies and Procedures.
  • •Initiate, administer and plan investigations, and present the case findings to internal control organizations.
  • •Provide regular briefings supported by detailed, evidential reports and information to Corporate and Executive Management, in addition to line management.
  • •Perform interviews to identify and develop facts to resolve investigative issues and expediently prepare high quality, well-structured and evidential professional reports of investigation.
  • •Identify, prevent and detect wrongdoing or offending

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Police Sciences or Security Studies; degrees in Business and Management, Computer & Information Systems, or Police Administration are acceptable.
  • •Nine (9) years of experience in law enforcement and/or corporate investigations with proven ability in complex cases including fraud, business ethics, abuse of authority, conflict of interest, misuse of resources, harassment, crimes against the person, anti-social behavior, unsafe acts, cybersecurity and data leakage.
  • •Excellent organizational, analytical and evidential skills in investigations and presenting findings.
  • •Excellent report writing skills and ability to structure and summarize case findings concisely and in compliance with legal norms.
  • •Recognized professional certification in related disciplines such as CFE, PCI, CIA, ICA, CFI or equivalent.
