Accelerate your ramp into Texas Instruments by participating in the Career Accelerator Program, combining professional and technical training with hands-on system engineering experiences. In this role, you’ll help define and deliver advanced analog and digital chips and system products from concept through mass production, interface with stakeholders and customers on roadmaps, evaluate hardware/software systems, and troubleshoot and debug system issues while producing clear documentation across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop advanced analog and digital chips and system products from concept to mass production.
•Complete high speed IC design cycles and participate in system design activities.
•Interface with TI business units and customers to define product roadmaps and assess competitive landscape needs.
•Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers.
•Evaluate silicon systems (hardware and software), gather requirements into functional specifications, implement enhancements, and troubleshoot/debug system issues.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
•Understanding of system design, including writing IC design specifications and developing algorithms and system reference models.
•Knowledge of structured and/or object-oriented programming (C, C++) and signal processing tools (Matlab).
•Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
