Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute HBM validation runs on IQP/ETV materials within tight start/finish windows and readiness checkpoints.
  • •Perform data crunching (log parsing, statistical summaries, anomaly triage) and publish concise summary reports by agreed turnaround targets.
  • •Ensure coverage completeness across MBIST and Mode flows, including hot/cold corners, TSV screen/AQLK, and async timing boundary checks.
  • •Operate and debug SM3/Cobra (MBIST) and Advantest V93K programs and coordinate hardware readiness (handler, socket, loadboard, probe card).
  • •Validate high-speed I/O and characterize power/thermal behavior; develop Verilog testbenches/simulations and automate log review workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
  • •5+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering; at least 2 years in HBM validation.
  • •Develop and run test platform code in C/C++, Python, and APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
  • •Hands-on MBIST (SM3/Cobra) and Mode (Advantest V93K) testing experience.
  • •Experience with Verilog simulation (writing testbenches, running sims, interpreting waveforms/logs) and high-speed I/O, power, and thermal characterization.
