Commission, service, and troubleshoot chiller and HVAC systems while delivering customer support. Key Responsibilities

•Commission chillers and HVAC systems.
•Repair HVAC equipment and perform service and commissioning for chiller models and low-side equipment per guidelines.
•Conduct PPM for chillers aligned with company SOP and perform RCA for failures, sharing details with the Quality team and FFL.
•Manage customer service requirements, handle follow-ups/meetings, and generate leads during service interactions.
•Ensure strict EHS compliance; submit daily reports and update the Service Manager/Coordinator with monthly plans, progress, and parts requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of on-site experience working on chillers.
•Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics.
•Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC service practices.
•Ability to troubleshoot and apply hands-on service expertise.
•Familiarity with EHS compliance and safety processes, plus capability to prepare reports and follow SOPs.
