Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver complex overhead transmission and distribution projects across utilities, generation, and industrial HV sectors.
•Act as a technical authority and subject matter expert for transmission line engineering within project teams.
•Provide independent technical review, verification, and approval of designs prepared by junior engineers and designers.
•Engage directly with clients to provide technical advice, resolve complex engineering challenges, and support proposal development.
•Drive innovation, efficiency, safety, and sustainability in engineering solutions and project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
•Typically 8–12+ years of professional experience in transmission line or related engineering disciplines.
•Demonstrated experience delivering complex transmission line projects in a consulting or utility environment.
•Strong technical leadership and client-facing capability.
•Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across matrix teams.
